There are nine fresh-made stations that cater to your specifications, including:
- sandwiches
- salads
- pizzas
- breakfast nook
- soups
- grill
- entrées
- desserts, including an ice cream bar
There is also an award-winning vegetarian and vegan station that is never touched by meat. Vegetarian and vegan options can also be found at nearly every station.
As an added bonus, 40 per cent of Mount Allison's food is provided by local famers, fishers, and producers.
